In order for us to move forward as a collective we need to recognize and shed much of our societal programming, especially around racism, colonial mindset, patriarchy, capitalism and white Christian nationalism. In this class we'll explore some ways to do that. I'll also tell some of my own experiences as the spirits led me through this process over the last two decades. This is a class directed mainly at European-derived people but all are welcome.
